Ludivine Wouters is managing partner of Latitude Five where she is in charge of the Mining and Minerals practice.
As a strategy, governance and policy adviser with expertise in transaction management, regulatory affairs, government relations and permitting, Ludivine assists natural resources companies and investors. She also works on technical assistance programmes for States, focusing on mining and minerals policy, governance and taxation, and assists donor agencies, policy shapers and other stakeholders in the definition and implementation of critical minerals and responsible sourcing priorities.
In the context of Responsible Raw Materials, Ludivine focuses on convening and facilitating an open dialogue platform, engaging with a wide array of participants and stakeholders to leverage diverse perspectives, on the key pillars of Europe's Mining Renaissance: skills and innovative models for economic and social development, mineral governance, industrial policy and resource efficiency, and fair partnerships with resource-rich regions and countries.

RRM is orchestrating an alternative dialogue platform between mining and mineral industry voices and civil society organisations, and will discuss first outcomes in connection with key pillars of Europe's Mining Renaissance: skills and innovative models for economic and social development, mineral governance, industrial policy and resource efficiency.
