Born in Czechoslovakia in 1983, graduate in political science in Olomouc and Prague, participating on Clermont-Ferrand and Leipzig university semestrial internships. Since 2009 focusing on energy and transportation policies through electric mobility sector, lithium battery systems, industrial electric vehicles and energy storage systems procurement. Since 2010 Jan participated in various EV and RSE NGOs, namely Czech Electric Vehicle Association, Eurosolar Czechia and recently the Czech Battery Cluster, where he works fulltime as executive manager.
