Welcome and registration
MINEX Forum welcome and registration desk will be located at the entrance to the Congress Floor on the Ground floor and will operate on 22 and 23 October between 8 am and 6 pm.
Congress Hall
All sessions of the Forum will be held at the Congress Hall located on the Ground floor. Panel discussions and presentations will be organised at the head table on the stage and from the lectern.
Exhibition
The on-site exhibition will be held at the Gallery Hall next to the Congress Hall. The exhibition will be accessible only to the registered forum participants as the gallery will also be used to serve coffee breaks and hold a drinks reception on 23 October.
Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks will be served at the Gallery Hall next to the Congress Hall. Coffee breaks will also be used for meeting with exhibiting companies and holding informal talks.
Lunch
Sit-down lunch will be served at the Honoré Restaurant located in the Mezzanine floor of the Main Reception of the Hotel.
Drinks Reception
Welcome Drinks Reception will be organised on 22 October at the end of the first day of the Forum at the Gallery Hall.
